After two weeks of working on getting rid of my Computer fat, I have decided that I need to hit the reset button and start this whole thing over again. Why am I hitting the reset button? I didn’t have a plan.
So, like anything else; if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. And I am not making any signicant progress, so I am failing. I am at 299, starting two weeks ago at 300.2.
I compare it to writing a computer program. You know where you are, you know what you want the final product to be. If you just start coding willy nilly, you get a bunch of junk and too much work and you wind up not getting the solution you started out to get.
So, I am starting today a 12 week program known as Body For Life.
I have done Body For Life in the past, participated in the contest (they have prizes… cash), and had done pretty well. This time I’m doing it because first and foremost I need to get rid of my Computer fat. Secondly, it’s a great program that doesn’t take much time, and forces you to plan what you eat and how you work out.
Tonight I will post my starting picture, the before shot. Can’t wait to see what that looks like.
